1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms regulate access to the zorl.pt website and the conditions applicable to
purchases made in Portugal (Mainland and Autonomous Regions).

2. PURCHASE PROCESS
The order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation. The company may
cancel orders due to manifest error, out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or force majeure.

3. PRICES AND ERRORS
All prices include VAT. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the order may be
cancelled with a full refund.

4. DELIVERY AND RISK
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days. The risk transfers to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

5. LEGAL WARRANTY
Under the terms of Decree-Law 84/2021, new goods are covered by a 3-year legal warranty.

6. CAMPAIGNS AND COUPONS
Limited to the indicated period and existing stock. Not cumulative unless expressly indicated.

7. FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK
In case of attempted fraudulent chargeback after proven delivery, the company will resort
to the competent legal means.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No liability for indirect damages, misuse of the product, or temporary technical failures.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
The company is not liable for delays resulting from strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseeable events.
